BROWN: Wilfred Roswell – passed away peacefully on Tuesday September 19, 2017 at Norview Lodge, Simcoe. Wilf Brown of Port Rowan in his 93rd year.Beloved husband of the late Helen (Fleming) Brown who predeceased him October 23, 2010.  Dear father of Gail Varga of Nova Scotia and step-father of Karen and Arthur Smith of Markdale. Survived by daughter -in-law Diane Nicholson of St. Catharines.  Sadly missed by his grandchildren Justin Varga, Cynthia Smith-Newman, Julie Farnsworth, Lisa Whitehead, Nadia Nicholson, Mark Nicholson, great grandchildren Owen, Emily, Andrew, Olivia, Kristen, Melissa, Rihanna and great great grandson Liam. Survived by his sister-in-law Grace Brown of Grand Valley.                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Predeceased by his sister Dorothy and by brothers Ross & Ken.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Relatives and friends may call at the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home, 36 Front St., Port Rowan on Thursday October 12, 2017 from 10-till 11am followed by the service in the Clark Chapel of the funeral home. A reception and visitation will also be held at the May Funeral Home, 63 Main Street East, Markdale on Saturday October 21, 2017 from 2-4 p.m.   Interment later in Greenwood Cemetery, Owen Sound.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Sleeping Children Around the World (cheques accepted) would be appreciated by the family.

BEATTY: Cleora Loreen “Lorry”

BEATTY: Cleora Loreen (nee Linton) – passed away suddenly on Saturday September 16, 2017 at her residence.  Loreen “Lorry” Beatty of Port Rowan in her 85th year.

Beloved wife of Christopher P. Beatty who she married May 14, 1955.  Loving mother of Lana & husband Pat Gahagan of Courtice, Gina & husband Mark Watts of Oakville and Carla & husband Matthew Trowell of Stoney Creek.  Sadly missed by her grandchildren Noel, Kyle, Holly, Matthew, Sarah, and Jordan.  Survived by her sister-in-law Shirley Linton of Baltimore

Loreen was an avid camper and has many awards for her efforts with Family Campers & RVers.  She along with her husband served as Central Ontario Field Directors for NCHA/FCRV for 20 years. Loreen retired after a 29 year teaching career in Northumberland County.

A celebration of Loreen’s life will be conducted Thursday September 21, 2017 at 1:30pm at the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home, 36 Front St., Port Rowan followed by a reception at the Port Rowan Community Church Hall.  Interment later in Welcome United Church Cemetery, Welcome, ON, where Chris was on the Board for over 20 years.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the New Hope United Church or the Ontario Provincial Scholarship – FCRV (cheques accepted) would be appreciated by the family

SMITH: Russell Joseph

SMITH: Russell Joseph – It is with sadness that the family announces the sudden passing on Monday September 11, 2017 at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital.  Russell Smith of Courtland in his 70th year.

Russell will be lovingly remembered by his wife Cathy, his daughters Angela (Stephane) Andine-Allard, Kimberly (Mostafa) Rikhtegarzadeh and Mary Smith.  Russell will also be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Mahmood, Skylar and Samuel, by his mother Ruby, his brothers Wayne, Larry, Gary, Marty and his sister Nancy Brett.

Predeceased by his father Ross Smith, twin brother Ronald and granddaughter Natasha.

A Memorial Service will be conducted at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Courtland on Friday September 15, 2017 at 10:00am.  A Celebration of Russell’s life will be held on Saturday September 16, 2017 from 2–4 pm at the Ingersoll Legion.

BOUCK: Earl Randolph

BOUCK: Earl Randolph– passed away peacefully at his residence on Friday September 8, 2017.  Earl Bouck of RR#3 Port Rowan in his 71st year.

Beloved husband of Marjorie (nee Cronmiller) Bouck who he married September 24, 1966.  Dear father of Jeff & wife Rebecca of St. Williams and Scott and wife Sheri  of Port Rowan.  Sadly missed by his grandchildren Robb & Ashley, Elle, Chelsey & Steve, and Alex.  Earl is survived by his sister Doris Townsend of Walsingham, by mother-in-law Lois Cronmiller of Port Rowan, by sisters and brothers-in-law Diane & husband John Roberts of Pinegrove, Gloria Brown of Port Rowan, Richard & wife Judy Cronmiller of Port Rowan and Don & wife Jane Cronmiller of Hagersville.  Earl will be missed by his best friend Ron Walker and by his chosen grandson Montgomery Zajac.

Predeceased by his parents Harold & Reta (Mudford) Bouck, father-in-law Lloyd Cronmiller, brother Norman & wife Eva Bouck, brothers-in-law Glen Townsend and Larry Brown.

Earl & Marjorie had operated the Habour Resor and then went on to create the Trillium Court Trailer Park.

TOTH: Alexander James “Jim” – peacefully at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Tuesday September 5, 2017, Jim Toth of Tillsonburg in his 73rd year.

Beloved husband of the late Ruth (nee Love) Toth who predeceased him July 4, 2017. Loving father of Stacey & husband Scott Butler of Delhi and Jamie of Tillsonburg.  Sadly missed by his grandchildren Tyler, Braydon and Jaxon. Survived by his mother Anne Cvetkovic of St Catharines and by his sister Betty & husband Bob Chapman of Hamilton.

Predeceased by father Alexander Toth and step father George Cvetkovic.
