roseCRONKITE: Gladys (Winn) (nee Underhill) – passed away peacefully at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Sunday November 27, 2016.  Gladys Cronkite of Port Dover in her 94th year.

Beloved wife of the late Fountain Winn who predeceased her on March 22, 1990.   Loving mother of Cindy Winn of Waterford and Bill Winn Jr. and his wife Laura McCallum of Fairground.  Sadly missed by her grandchildren Tim, Jennifer, Jerred and Kelsey.

Predeceased by her brothers Charles, Allan and James Underhill and by sisters Violet Karnes and Mary Held.

Relatives and friends may call at the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home, 36 Front Street Port Rowan on Wednesday November 30, 2016 from 12noon till 1:45pm.   Funeral Service will follow in the Clark Chapel of the Funeral Home at 2:00pm.  Interment in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Walsingham.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Simcoe & District Humane Society or the Canadian Cancer Society (cheques accepted) would be appreciated by the family.

VALEE: Sandra Lee

roseVALEE: Sandra Lee – passed away peacefully on Monday November 21, 2016 at her residence.  Sandra Valee of the Villages of Long Point Bay, Port Rowan in her 71st year.

Loving mother Tracey & husband Scott Raffan of Orangeville and Jamie & wife Heidi of Kitchener.  Sadly missed by her grandchildren Scott, Alexandra, Dana, Taylor, Emma and by great granddaughter Lexi.  She is survived by her brothers Tom and John and by sisters Maddy, Wendy and Linda.

Predeceased by her son Robert and by her brother Bob.

All arrangements will remain private with interment beside her son in the Brampton Cemetery.

FRANKLIN: Glen Edgar

glen-frnklinFRANKLIN: Glen Edgar – passed away peacefully on Saturday November 5, 2016 at his residence.  Glen Franklin of Port Rowan in his 88th year.

Beloved husband of Sandra (Jones) who he married July 9, 1960.  Dear father of Ann & her husband Bruce Webb of Mississauga, Wayne Franklin of Milton and Ken Franklin of Toronto.  Sadly missed by his grandchildren Brittney and Troy. He is survived by his brother Ross of Stayner.

Predeceased by his brothers Elwood, Ken, Gilbert and by his sister Florence.

A private family graveside service will be conducted at the Bayview Cemetery, Port Rowan.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre or the Alzheimer Society of Norfolk would be appreciated by the family.
