Eleta WhitePicMemCdWHITE: Eleta May (nee Dixon) – Passed away unexpectedly at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Burlington, on Friday June 20, 2014 after a full and active life, Eleta White of Burlington, formerly of Long Point in her 86th year.

Beloved wife of the late John (Jack) White. Loving and devoted mother of Dr. John White and his wife Nancy of Orangeville, and David White and his wife Johanna of Burlington. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer, Christopher, Andrew and Sarah. Dearly missed by her sister Emily and husband Harold Green, nephew Dan & wife Kim and their sons, sister-in-law Anita Dixon and her many relatives and  friends.

Predeceased by her brother Wm.( Bill) Dixon.

Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service to celebrate Eleta’s life on Sunday July 6, 2014 at Walton Memorial United Church, 2489 Lakeshore Road, West, Oakville at 1:00p.m. with Rev. Jim Gill officiating. Interment of cremated remains took place in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, London.

IvaKinischKINISCH: Iva Mae (Curts): 83 years young, passed away peacefully on Wednesday June 11, 2014. A longtime resident of Parkhill and London area, Iva had recently moved to Port Rowan to be close to family.

Daughter of the late Elton and Shirley (Pressey) Curts.
Loving mother to Ted Scafe and Marilyn (Dave) Ferguson.
Cherished grandma to Jason & Cassandra Ferguson.
Special “granny k” to Bryson and Corwyn.
Also survived by 10 stepchildren and their families.
Predeceased by best friend and partner, Steve Kinisch Sr., (1999).

A celebration of Iva’s life will be held on Saturday July 5, 2014 at 11:00am at the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home, 36 Front St., Port Rowan. DonCronkiteCRONKITE: Donald Bruce – born on June 27th 1959 in Brantford, Ontario and died at his residence after a battle with cancer, Don Cronkite of Langton in his 55th year.
Husband of the late Melissa Cronkite (Nov.4, 2012) Survived by his children, daughter Chantel & Tim, son David & Victoria, by his father Harry Cronkite and step-mother Ida.  Also survived by his brother Richard & wife Shirley, sisters Margaret & husband Bob, Cheryl, Sandra and the late David, Barbara & husband Bill, Leanne & husband Robert, Terri & husband Greg. Survived by his mother-in-law Ruth & the late John Setterington, brother-in-law Mike Setterington, sister-in-law Belinda & husband Mike Magnus. Remembered by his special friend Debbie Graves, numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and his friends.
Predeceased by his mother Evelyn Cronkite & his step father Monty Phippen, brother, David Cronkite as well as his nephew Patrick MacLaughlin.
Relatives and friends may call at the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home, 36 Front St., Port Rowan on Friday from 7-9p.m. Funeral Service will be conducted in the Clark Chapel of the funeral home on Saturday June 7, 2014 at 1:00p.m. Interment later in Vienna Cemetery.  If desired remembrances may be made to the charity of your choice (cheques accepted) and would be appreciated by the family.

Beloved husband of the late Joyce (Matthews) who predeceased him December 8, 1993. Dear father of Dianne and husband Peter Stoepker and Donna and husband Matt Mago all of St. Williams, Remembered by his grandchildren, Ron & Stacey, Randy & Shari, Angie & Mike and by great grandchildren Bailey, Sydney, Mikinnen, Nicholas, Colby, Kierra, Kailey & Bayden. Survived by his sister Frieda McLean of Delhi and sister-in-law Laura Swick of Princeton.

Predeceased by his brothers Harvey & wife Dorie, John and by sister Velma & husband Ted Jones, and by brother-in-law Jack McLean.

A public graveside service will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery, Forestville on Saturday June 7, 2014 at 11:00a.m.
