CRONK: David Maxwell – passed away very peacefully at home with his family by his side on Sunday July 23, 2017. Dave Cronk of Port Rowan in his 66th year.
Beloved husband Wendy (nee Smith) whom he married November 29, 1980. Dear father of Stephen (Michelle) of Chatham and Jeffrey (Cynthia) of Kitchener. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Chloe, Ella, Wesley and Penelope. Dave was a son of the late Walter & Dorothy (Brown) Cronk of Hamilton. He is survived by his sisters Sandra Cronk, Nancy & Algis Zilvytis all of Hamilton and Susie & Ray Halliday of Niagara Falls and by his nephew Casey (Yula) Goodhew.
Dave was an avid duck hunter, enthusiastic fisherman with a passion for art. He loved to travel the world but his heart belonged in Port Rowan. A friend to many he will be sadly missed.
Predeceased by his brother Rodney (1993), sisters Laura (1972), Lucinda (1947) and his niece Sadie Pepper (2008).
Relatives and friends may call at the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home, 36 Front Street, Port Rowan on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be conducted in the Clark Chapel of the funeral home on Thursday July 27, 2017 at 11:00am. Interment in Bayview Cemetery, Port Rowan.
Memorial donations to Port Rowan/South Walsingham Heritage Association or the Neal Memorial United Church would be appreciated by the family.
DEWDNEY: Robert E. – Passed away at the Hamilton General Hospital on Friday July 14, 2017, Bob Dewdney of R. R. #1 Port Rowan, in his 70th year.
Survived by his sister Nancy O’Neill of Simcoe, by 10 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Edmund (1969) & Lela (2012) Dewdney, his sisters Donna Ferdinand (1993), Aileen Wood (2007).
Bob spent his lifetime farming in the Port Rowan & St. Williams areas.

MANSFIELD: Freda Eveline (nee Metcalfe) – passed away suddenly at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital, Freda Mansfield of Langton in her 76th year.
Beloved wife of the late Floyd Mansfield who predeceased her on November 27, 1986. Dear mother of Valerie of Fort Erie, Joanne & husband Bob Winkworth of Cultus, Marlene & Ismail Dbira, Debby Mills all of Tillsonburg, Terry & wife Jen of Ingersoll and Tymm of Stratford. Sadly missed by her 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Survived by her sisters Rita Metcalfe of Courtland, Nora Metcalfe of Tillsonburg, Robert Metcalfe of Courtland and Ronnie Metcalfe of Vittoria
A public Graveside Service will be conducted at the Cultus Cemetery on Friday July 14, 2017 at 1:00pm followed by a reception and Celebration of Freda’s life at the Fairground Community Centre.

Survived by his sisters and brothers Jane & Larry Quick of Walsingham, Linda Petersen & Barry Townsend of Simcoe, Kathy Shelly of RR#6 Tillsonburg, Paul of Sarnia, Susie & Perry Cronmiller of Simcoe, and Terry & Maggie of Port Rowan.
Predeceased by his brothers Frank Jr., Rock, sister Anne & husband Doug Brown and brother-in-law David Petersen.
