McKibbon: Steven Walter – passed away suddenly on Wednesday January 24, 2018.  Steve McKibbon of Port Rowan in his 56th year.

Dear father of Steve & wife Lisa of Pine Grove, Crystal & husband Jeremy Lambrecht of Langton and Mark & wife Christina of Courtland.  Remembered by his spouse Vicki and her children William & Jen of Simcoe and Dylan & Jessica of Tillsonburg.  Sadly missed by his grandchildren Brayden, Carson, Tyson, Daxton, Matthew, Christopher, Emma, Kennedy, Noah, Colton, Kaylee and Issic.  Also remembered by his special friend Carolyn.  Survived by his mother Janice Currie of Courtland and his sister Tammy & husband Randy Cowan of Courtland and by many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his father Clifford (1971), brothers Cliff, Mark, Barry & Chris.

Relatives and friends may call at the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home 36 Front St., Port Rowan on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.    Funeral Service will be conducted in the Port Rowan Community Center, 14 College Ave., Port Rowan on Tuesday January 30, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.   Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Walsingham.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Tire “Jumpstart” (cheques accepted) would be appreciated by the family.

HARRISON: Kenneth Alan “Al”

HARRISON: Kenneth Alan “Al” – passed away peacefully on Wednesday January 24, 2018 at his residence.  Alan Harrison of St. Williams in his 61st year.

Beloved husband of Kim (nee Cowper) who he married February 26, 1976.  Dear father of Cassy & husband Craig Smith of Thamesford, Joshua & wife Katie of London, Nathan & wife April of New Brunswick, and chosen son Jonathon & wife Carolynn of Brantford.  Sadly missed by his Grandchildren Carter, Brock, Xavier & Sophia.  He is survived by his father Ken & Marie of Simcoe, by brother Bob & wife Kim, by sisters Judy & Dennis Bassindale and Ida Stadder & Bob Train

Predeceased by his mother Ingibjorg (Jan 21, 2008), brother-in-law Dale Stadder.

Relatives and friends may call for memorial visitation at the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home, 36 Front St., Port Rowan on Saturday February 3, 2018 from 2 – 4pm.  A Service will follow at 4:15pm followed by a Lions Memorial Service at 4:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Camp Trillium/Rainbow Lake (cheques accepted) would be appreciated by the family.

The family would like to thank all the nurses of CCAC for all the care given to Alan in his last days.

CLINE: Jean Alexina Mary (nee Charter)

CLINE: Jean Alexina Mary (nee Charter) –  passed away peacefully on Wednesday January 17, 2018 at the Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home, Simcoe,   Jean Cline of Port Rowan and formerly of Cambridge in her 86th year.

Beloved wife of Richard “Dick” Cline whom she married September 14, 1957.  Loving mother of Elizabeth & husband Don Beveridge of Burlington, Eric Cline of Simcoe, and Catherine & husband Jay Marteniuk of Kitchener.  Special Nana to Kate & Shawn, Sydney, Jayme and Celina. Survived by her sisters Barbara Watt of Tillsonburg, Margaret Davies of Burlington and sister-in-law Alva Charter of Ancaster.  She will be missed by her furry friends Maggie and Harvey.

Predeceased by her parents Truman & Margaret (Kirkwood) Charter, brothers Ken & Liston Beemer, Bob & Jim Charter and sisters Beth Hunter and Rita Jacobs.

Jean was a supportive wife of Richard in the Funeral Business for many years and was a longtime member of the Galt Golf & Country Club, the Chicopee Ski Club and had volunteered at the Norfolk General Hospital.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Celebration of Jean’s Life at the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home 36 Front St., Port Rowan when the spring blossoms are out, Saturday May 12, 2018 at 11:00am.  A reception will follow at the Family Home.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Wynveen and the wonderful staff and residents at the Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home for their wonderful care and support.

DEMING: Jay Albert Martin – passed away at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, Niagara Falls on Monday January 15, 2018.  Jay Deming of Niagara Falls and formerly of Port Rowan in his 55th year.

Dear father of Shelby and friend Adam of Niagara Falls. Loving son of Marjorie (Trickett) and the late Joseph Deming (April 7, 2009) of Port Rowan.  Brother of Jody of Niagara Falls, Jason of Port Rowan and the late Debbie Deming (February 7, 2007) He will be missed by his nephew Christopher, nieces Amy, Amber, Candice, Cassidy and great nephew Lincoln.

Relatives and friends may call for visitation on Thursday January 18, 2018 from 6-8pm at the Patterson Funeral Home 6062 Main St., Niagara Falls.  Visitation will then continue on Friday January 19, 2018 from 2-4pm at the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home, 36 Front St., Port Rowan, ON.  There will be no funeral service.  Cremation will follow.
