REIMER: Henrypassed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Wednesday December 19, 2018 at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe.  Henry Reimer of Port Rowan in his 93rd year.

Beloved husband of the late Betty (Heinrichs) Reimer who predeceased him February 27, 2015.  Dear father of Irene & husband Walter Block, Len & wife Lori, Charlene & husband Jeff Neuman all of Port Rowan and Gary & wife Sandy of Vineland.  He will be sadly missed by his 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.  Dear brother of Jake & wife Lydia, Bill & wife Ellen, Margaret Driedger, and Helen & John Heinrichs all of Port Rowan.

Predeceased by his son Gerald (1957), by his sisters Erna & husband Henry Hiebert, Mary & husband Jake Penner, sister-in-law Lydia Reimer and brother-in-law Peter Driedger.

Relatives and friends may call at the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home, 36 Front St., Port Rowan on Friday from 4 – 8pm.  Funeral Service will be conducted from the Port Rowan Mennonite Brethren Church, 465 Concession Road 1, R. R. #3, Port Rowan on Saturday December 22, 2018 at 11:00a.m.  Prior to the Service a private family interment will take place at Fairview Cemetery, Port Rowan.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Gideons or to Camp Crossroads (cheques accepted) would be appreciated by the family.

POST: Charles Alfred “Chuck” passed away peacefully at his residence Cedarwood Village, Simcoe on Saturday December 15, 2018. Chuck Post of Long Point in his 92nd year.

Beloved husband of the late Shirley (2010) and the late Pearl (1991).  Dear father of Randy & wife Helen of Paris, Karen & husband Leonard Erdelac of Langton and Kathy & husband Randy Dearden of Long Point.  Sadly missed by his grandchildren Darci & Nevin, Sandi & Geordon, Staci & Matt, Meagan & Brad, Kaci & Jeremy and by his great grandchildren Abigail, Scarlett, Owen, Amelia, Vaida, Leo, Jack. Tucker and Arlo.  Survived by his brother William & wife Anne of Hamilton and sister-in-law Betty of Fonthill.

Predeceased by his parents Alfred & Marian (Kendall) Post, brother Kendall and sister Catherine & husband Eric Ditchfield

Chuck owned and operated Post Marina on Long Point for 62 years prior to his retirement.

Private family arrangements have been entrusted to the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home, 36 Front St., Port Rowan.

ROHRER: Jane “Janette” – Passed away peacefully on Saturday December 15, 2018 at the Tillsonburg & District Memorial Hospital, Janette Rohrer of Tillsonburg and formerly of St. Williams in her 81st year

Beloved wife of Edwin “Ted” Rohrer whom she married October 8, 1956.  Loving mother of Darell & wife Karen of R#5 Langton and Diane of Port Lambton.  Sadly missed by her grandson Steven.  She will be missed by her several cousins and by her granddogs Peanut & Kiera.

A private family graveside service will take place in Johnson Cemetery, St. Williams.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Williams United Church or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

PONTING: Ara Jean (nee Townsend) passed away peacefully at Bluewater Health, Sarnia on Wednesday December 5,2018.  Ara Ponting of Sarnia and formerly of St. Williams in her 87th year.

Beloved wife of the late Waverley Ponting who predeceased her February 8, 2006.  Loving mother of Jean & husband David Spiece of Sarnia and Doug & wife Peggy of Woodstock.  She will be missed by her grandchildren David & Christine, Tanya & Greg, Amber, Bethany and great grandchildren Daniel, Rachel, Brandon, Ara-Marie & Darren and by her great great granddaughter Peyton.  Survived by her brother George Townsend of St. Williams and by her sisters Dora Stackhouse of St. Williams and Eva & husband Gordon Price of Tillsonburg.

Predeceased by her brothers James & Bill Townsend and by sisters Irene Cronmiller, Gladys Stackhouse and Helen Aspden.

Relatives and friends may call at the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home, 36 Front St., Port Rowan on Sunday from 1-4 pm.  Funeral Service will be conducted in the Clark Chapel of the funeral home on Monday December 10, 2018 at 1:30pm with interment to follow in the Fairview Cemetery.
