MILLER: Mary Ann (nee Balazs) – passed away peacefully at Brierwood Gardens, Brantford on Tuesday December 23, 2014. Mary Miller of Port Rowan in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Julian “Jim” Miller who predeceased her February 27, 1993. She is survived by her brother William Balazs and wife Doreen of Brantford and by her niece Carrie & Larry Vaughan, nephews Bill & Natasha Balazs and Ron & Cindy Balazs all of Brantford.
Predeceased by her parents Frank & Veronica (Peterfri) Balazs, brothers Joesph (Betty) Balazs and Frank (Florence) Balazs.

Beloved wife of Noel Juttens whom she married July 12, 1956. Loving mother of the late Marlene Juttens-Benoit and her husband Larry of Paincourt and the late Randy Juttens. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Kathryn, Nicole, Ashley and Corey. Dear sister of Jean Shelken of Delhi, Mary Anne “Nitzy” Kersten of Langton, Albert & Noelle Lava of RR#7 Simcoe, Rosemary and Ed Erdelac of St. Williams and Roger & Krista Lava of Thamesford and sister-in-law of Andy Michiels of Cultus.
Predeceased by her parents Rachel & Gaston Nowe, sister Angelina Michiels, brother-in-law Henry Skelken and Theo Kersten. Yolanda worked at the Delhi Library for 25 years.
Relatives and friends may call at the Port Rowan Community Centre, 14 College Ave., Port Rowan on Saturday December 20, 2014 from 1-4 followed by a reception held in the Community Centre. Interment will take place later in the Delhi Cemetery.

SMITH: Walter Douglas – of Port Rowan, passed away peacefully on Tuesday December 9, 2014 at Victoria Hospital, London, in his 79th year. Loving husband to Dianne (nee Nageleisen) for over 52 years. Dear father of Mark (Heather) of Port Dover and Patricia (Keven) Trembley of Innisfil. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Alexander and Carleigh Smith and Noah Trembley. He will be remembered by his brother Paul (Marlene) of Port Rowan, sister-in-law Lorna of Ottawa, brother-in-law Jay Nageleisen of Pelee Island and mother-in-law Dorothy Nageleisen of Leamington, and his extended family. He was predeceased by his parents Spencer and Gertrude Smith and by his brother William.
Doug was a loved and respected educator for 36 years teaching at Houghton, Walsh and Port Rowan Public Schools. He loved his ancestral home and the surrounding Port Rowan area. Doug enjoyed countless hours in the outdoors both tending his gardens and sailing on Long Point Bay.
A Private Family Service will be conducted at the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home, 36 Front St., Port Rowan. Interment of his ashes in Bayview Cemetery, Port Rowan.
